Useful answers before the first order.
The practical points buyers establish at the start of a sourcing conversation.
01Which markets does BPS serve?
Europe is our primary market. The United Arab Emirates is an adjacent market we also serve, to the same specification and with the same account ownership.
02Which crops are in the range, and when?
Kent mango and garlic, plus green onions, fine green beans and Paulista bobby beans by agreement. Seasons for all five are on the Produce page.
03How are specifications agreed and checked?
The signed specification covers grade, size, ripeness, packing and labelling, and it is what the pre-shipment check at the packhouse is measured against. Where a sample is part of the specification, what you sign off is what arrives.
04Which documents can be provided?
The standard document pack is prepared ahead of every shipment and reviewed twice before dispatch. By agreement, phytosanitary, origin, packing-list and residue-result documents are bundled in one delivery before departure, and can be pre-formatted for your ERP or audit system where the format is known.
05How is residue testing handled?
Pesticide residues are tested against applicable EU MRL thresholds.
06Who is my contact, and how are updates handled?
One named account owner carries the order from purchase order to delivery confirmation, with proactive updates from origin through to arrival. An origin-side issue is flagged the same day.
